Login details are case sensitive so be sure your caps lock is not on. Your login details were created when you registered here at our help desk.
Check your e-mails for a confirmation of your login details. In most cases, we use JVZoo, this means that your purchase details can also be found within the JVZoo "My Purchases" member portal.
If you have changed your password in the past and have forgotten it, you can request it from our membership site login page by clicking on the "Lost Your Password?" link. See below example:
However, if you cannot locate your password and/or the "Lost Your Password?" link is not working for some reason, please submit a ticket and include the email address you used when you made your purchase AND your Paypal email address.
