Just like anything else, there is a screening process. Omar’s time is currently reserved for his one on one students and his personal clients. However, this is not to say that you cannot speak with him otherwise.
Every call goes through Melinda before speaking with Omar. In most cases, she can either assist you in your needs, or get the answers from Omar that you are looking for.
In order to speak with Melinda please submit a ticket and our team will assign your ticket to her so that she can personally assist you. Be sure to include information about what you would like to discuss with her and/or Omar so that they can address all of your concerns.
