How to Submit a Ticket
- If you’ve never submitted a ticket before, you must first register an account at our help desk.
- Registration only takes a few seconds.
- Once registered, you’ll receive an email with your login details.
- After submitting a ticket, the system will send a response to your email address.
- Important: We highly recommend logging back into the help desk within 24 hours to check for updates, as email responses may be delayed or filtered into spam folders.

- Sometimes we can reply to tickets within minutes, but we recommend checking back within 24 hours to ensure your issue has been addressed.
