Step 1: Check the Knowledge Base

Before creating a ticket, check our Knowledge Base for answers to commonly asked questions. You may find your solution instantly, without waiting for a reply.

Step 2: Register for a Help Desk Account

To submit a ticket, you must first create an account at this support desk.

  • Once registered, you’ll receive an email with your login details.
  • Your account will allow you to log in, communicate with our team, and check the status of your tickets.

Note: We will never ignore a support request. If you don’t receive an email response within 24 hours (excluding weekends), log back into the support desk to check for our reply.

6 Important Steps for a Speedy Reply

  1. Provide Your Full Name and Transaction Details:
    • Include your Transaction ID or Purchase Receipt ID to avoid delays.
  2. Specify the Product:
    • Let us know which of our products your question refers to. Omar and Melinda offer many products, and this information ensures we can assist you effectively.
  3. Explain the Issue in Detail:
    • Provide a clear explanation of what you’re experiencing.
    • Include any steps you’ve already taken.
    • Attach screenshots or videos if possible to help us understand the issue firsthand.
  4. Include Website and Login Details (If Applicable):
    • If your question involves an issue on your own website, provide:
      • The exact URL.
      • Login details for troubleshooting.
    • Without access, we may not be able to assist effectively, leading to delays.
  5. Submit Only One Ticket Per Issue:
    • Avoid creating multiple tickets for the same issue or combining multiple issues into one ticket.
    • Check back within 24 hours for a response.
  6. Whitelist Our Email Address:
    • Add support@mail.higherlevelstrategies.ladesk.com to your email whitelist to ensure ticket replies don’t end up in your spam folder.
    • Always log back into the help desk 24 hours after submitting a ticket to check for updates.
