As an internet marketer, you may find yourself subscribed to multiple email lists. When you purchase a product from Higher Level Strategies (HLS), you are automatically added to the email list for that product.
If you’ve purchased multiple products from HLS, you may be on several lists, which can result in receiving duplicate emails when we send promotions or updates.
How to Fix This
There are two ways to reduce or eliminate duplicate emails:
1. Unsubscribe from Extra Lists
- Scroll to the bottom of the email and click the unsubscribe link.
- Unsubscribe from all but one of our email lists to ensure you still receive relevant updates.
2. Submit a Help Desk Ticket
- If you’re unsure about which lists you’re subscribed to or need assistance managing your subscriptions, submit a ticket, and a team member will assist you.
Important Lists to Stay Subscribed To
Certain HLS products have specific email lists you’ll want to remain on for essential updates. For example:
- My Unfair Advantage (MUA):
- Weekly emails with reminders for the live streams.
- ConverToolz:
- Notifications when new products are added to the library.
Consider keeping your subscription to these lists if you rely on these updates for your membership benefits.
