Sometimes they can reply to your ticket within minutes but we recommend that you check back within 24 hours to be 100% sure your issue has been addressed.

Our help desk is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday and we follow the US National Holiday schedule (We are not open on September 11th, September 26th, October 1st or February 14th).

If you've never submitted a ticket here before you must register first (this will only take seconds). Once you submit your ticket, the system will send a response to your email address, HOWEVER, we highly recommend that you then log back into the help desk within 24 hours to see our response.
