When should I submit a ticket?

The help desk is to help you with any issues that you may be having with the LaunchPad course. This includes technical issues as well as questions about the training itself. For example, if you are watching a training video and you have a question about how the instructions apply to your particular project or maybe if you’re having a technical issue where something you’ve seen in the video isn’t working the same on your website. Any challenge that you are trying to overcome while following the LaunchPad course can be addressed in our help desk.
