How Do I check the status or reply to my ticket?

In order to check your ticket, we ask that you please login into this help desk, using the login details you used to create your ticket, within 24 hrs and click on the “My Tickets” tab. There you’ll be able to view all of your open or closed tickets.

If you have closed tickets that you would like to re-open and/or review, you may click on the "Closed" tab on the right-hand side of the "My Tickets" page.
