We’re sorry to see you go. However, in order to cancel your subscription, we will need you to submit a ticket here at our help desk and provide our team with your JVZoo transaction ID (Payment ID).
You can locate this ID number by logging into JVZoo and checking the "MY Purchases" tab, then "view details" for the product you purchase. Once you do this, you'll see the transaction ID that we need in order to proceed.

In addition, you may also locate your transaction ID by checking within your email receipt, it typically begins with the letters “AP” or "ST."
If you can't find your JVZoo transaction ID, please provide us with the Paypal email address you used when you made your purchase and we will try our best to locate your purchase on our end.
