How Do I Cancel My MUA Subscription?

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Submit a Ticket:
    • To cancel your subscription, you’ll need to submit a ticket to our help desk.
  2. Provide Your JVZoo Transaction ID (Payment ID):

    • This ID is required to process your cancellation. You can locate it in one of the following ways:
      • Log in to your JVZoo account and click on the “My Purchases” tab.
      • Select “View Details” for the product you purchased.
      • The transaction ID will be displayed there.

    • Alternatively, you can find the transaction ID in your email receipt. It typically begins with the letters “AP” or “ST.”
  3. If You Cannot Find Your Transaction ID:
    • If you’re unable to locate your JVZoo transaction ID, please provide the PayPal email address used at the time of purchase.
    • With this information, we’ll do our best to locate your subscription details.

Important Information About Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund Period:
    • MUA has a 30-day refund period; however, this only applies to the initial payment for members on the monthly plan.
  • Timing Your Cancellation:
    • For members on the monthly plan, we recommend submitting a ticket to cancel your membership just before your rebill date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
    • Once your cancellation is processed, the system will automatically remove your access to the MUA site. Please note, we have no control over this process.
