Before Scheduling Your Call:
Complete All Required Training
You must watch all five sessions of the HTPA System Training before scheduling your call.
Submit a Ticket to Schedule Your Call
Once you have completed all training, contact Melinda through our help desk to request a date and time for your webinar recording.
In your ticket, mention that you are requesting the Personalized Webinar Intro MP3 recording with Omar.
Prepare for the Call
All calls are done via Zoom and last approximately 15–30 minutes.
You must ensure that your microphone and camera are working before the call.
How to Test Your Microphone and Camera on Zoom
Open Zoom and log in to your account.
Click your profile picture in the top right, then go to Settings.
Select Audio from the left menu.
Click Test Mic to speak and ensure your voice is detected.
Click Test Speaker to make sure you can hear audio.
Select Video from the left menu.
Your camera preview should display automatically.
If you see a black screen, make sure your correct camera is selected from the Camera dropdown.
💡 Tip: If you’ve never used Zoom before, we recommend doing a test call with a friend or using Zoom’s test meeting room before your scheduled appointment.
