Check your internet connection – Ensure you have a stable internet connection and try refreshing the page.
Clear your browser cache – Sometimes stored data can cause playback issues. Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies may help.
Try a different browser or device – If the issue persists, try accessing the video on another browser or device to rule out compatibility issues.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please submit a ticket so our support team can assist you.
When submitting your ticket, please include:
The name of the video you’re trying to watch with the URL to the page it’s on.
The section or module it is in
A screenshot of the error message (if any)
The device and browser you are using
