Before we can add your offer to our evergreen traffic rotation, you must ensure that your funnel is fully updated and compliant.
Our team promotes RE client offers to our subscribers through an evergreen traffic rotator using email, blog mentions, and similar outreach channels. To ensure your promotion runs smoothly, please complete the following steps.
✅ Before We Can Promote Your Product
You must update and verify all items below before our team can schedule an email to our affiliates:
1. Sales Page & JV Page Updates
Your countdown timers must match on both pages.
Ensure all dates, promotional details, and messaging are consistent.
2. JV Document Requirements
Add your launch details to your JV Doc.
If you are not running a launch, you must delete the “launch details” section entirely.
3. Legal Page Compliance
Remove the red placeholder message at the top of the page.
Add your business or company address so your page meets legal requirements.
✔️ After Everything Is Updated
Once all changes are complete:
Submit a ticket at the HLS help desk.
Confirm that all required updates have been made.
Our team will verify the updates.
Your offer will be added to the HLS evergreen traffic rotator, and we’ll notify our affiliates at our earliest convenience.
