Submitting Tax Documentation for MAP

To ensure you receive your commission payments, MAP requires all affiliates to provide the appropriate tax documentation based on their residency:

  • U.S. Citizens: Must complete and submit a W-9 form.
  • Non-U.S. Citizens: Must complete and submit a W-8BEN form.

Important Notes:

  1. Support Team Limitations: Our support team cannot provide assistance in filling out these forms. However, each form contains a helpful link to the IRS website, where you can learn more about the type of form you're completing and how to fill it out.
  2. Direct Assistance: If you encounter any issues or have trouble submitting the forms, you can provide the completed document directly to our support team by submitting a ticket. Be sure to explain the issue and attach the required documentation.
